Kelley Nduom is Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Food Law & Product Safety at The Coca-Cola Company, where she leads the company’s global legal strategy on food law and product safety matters. In this role, Kelley advises the business on regulatory compliance, product development and innovation, labeling and advertising claims, food safety, and emerging legal and regulatory issues affecting the company’s beverages, ingredients, and packaging. Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2022, Kelley spent five years at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as legal counsel and a senior policy advisor. Before entering government service, she spent seven years in private practice at Covington & Burling and Arnall Golden & Gregory, representing clients across the food, drug, and cosmetic industries. Kelley holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
