Juhi Patel is Senior Trademark Counsel at Newell Brands, where she leads global intellectual property strategy, trademark portfolio management and enforcement, and IP and AI governance initiatives. She oversees brand protection for many of Newell’s iconic brands, including Rubbermaid®, Calphalon®, FoodSaver®, Ball®, Yankee Candle®, WoodWick®, Mr. Coffee®, Oster®, Crock-Pot®, and Coleman®.

Prior to Newell, Juhi practiced trademark law at a Washington, D.C. law firm, advising clients across a variety of industries on trademark strategy, brand protection, enforcement, intellectual property transactions, and M&A matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.

Juhi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
