As Ms. JD embarks upon its 18th year of operations, we remain dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession. We are committed to providing a diverse range of programs and services that give women opportunities for vital leadership training, professional development, networking, and mentoring. We will continue to design our programs to help women strengthen their skills, build community with others in the legal profession, and promote themselves within the field.

The Ms. JD Leadership Circle recognizes all donors making a gift of $1,000 or more during the fiscal year. This new initiative is intended to provide unrestricted support to the growth and development of the programs and services offered by Ms. JD.
Leadership Circle members will receive public recognition on Ms. JD’s website, at our Limitless Awards & Gala and during the annual LaddHer Up retreat. Visionaries and Champions will be invited to a special VIP event.

Our Impact
Creating a More Accessible Path: In 2023, Ms. JD provided free resources and programs to more than 700 pre-law students, helping them navigate the law school admissions process and prepare to successfully enter law school. We want to help more!
Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders in the Profession: In 2023, Ms. JD supported more than 500 women law students with free and low-cost programs, enabling them to develop critical leadership skills, grow their networks, and enhance their professional development. We want to reach more!
Breaking Barriers Together: Our Fellowship Program has provided more than 180 rising 3L students with mentorship and invaluable opportunities for networking, skill-building, and professional growth. We want to accelerate more!
Transforming Futures: Through the Breonna Taylor and Kenneth Walker Civil Rights Scholarship and the Ms. JD Public Interest Scholarship, we have awarded over 50 women law students with scholarships, enabling them to pursue critical public interest work and opening doors to a successful legal career. We want to award more!
Empowering Women, Enriching Society: We have empowered more than 370 aspiring and early career women attorneys to become confident, assertive leaders, driving positive change in their organizations, communities, and the legal profession through our annual LaddHer Up retreat. We want to empower more!
