Bellina Barrow is the Principal Attorney/Founder at Tenoreque Legal, a Trinidad & Tobago-based virtual legal practice established in 2021 after her legal initial legal roles encompassing in-house financial services in Trinidad & Tobago and boutique law firms in Trinidad & Tobago and Antigua & Barbuda (all of which was subsequent to her local and international human resources career). She was admitted to legal practice in Trinidad & Tobago (in 2012), Antigua & Barbuda (in 2014) and the British Virgin Islands (in 2023), and at Tenoreque Legal, she focuses on civil, corporate/commercial law (inclusive of fintech & virtual assets, cross-border and commercial arbitration disputes), sports law and other focused practice areas.

She is the author of various legal and business articles with the most recent being, “De-risking, Re-risking & Financial Crime in this Era of Alternative Finance”, republished by the Commonwealth Lawyers Association in their August 2024 newsletter. She has also co-authored articles as well as two books – Soul of An Athlete in 2023, and Women in Law: Discovering the True Meaning of Success in 2022.
