Desireé Prisby is an attorney and entrepreneur whose career has spanned law, recruitment, tech, and business development. After graduating from law school in 2016 and passing the Indiana and Illinois bar exams, she began her legal career in document review, creating relationships and building trust that led to her first career: HR and Talent services for a legal consulting firm.

Her passion for working with people led her into legal recruitment and HR, where she developed expertise in talent acquisition and organizational strategy. From there, she transitioned into tech recruiting, learning to navigate the fast-paced startup ecosystem. That experience opened the door to a sales role in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space, where she worked closely with founders and investors in Chicago.

Now, as the founder of Desireé Esq LLC, she brings all these experiences together to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with practical legal solutions. Whether it’s launching a startup, managing HR challenges, or addressing legal considerations for growth, Desireé helps her clients move forward with confidence and clarity.
