Kimberly Pack is celebrating her 20th law school reunion this year! Since graduating she has worked in both legal and compliance roles, has relocated for work 3 times, and still managed to be the best aunt this side of the Mississippi. She is currently in private practice at Thompson Hine in the privacy practice group. Her day consists of counseling legal and business teams on digital ethics as they look to expand and innovate with technology. Her previous roles included leading privacy programs at United Airlines and Anheuser-Busch, and being Compliance Director at Prudential Financial, General Counsel of a financial services start-up, and a solo practitioner.

She is also CEO/ Founder of Ascend Together, a corporate strategy and wellness practice offering 1-1 and group coaching, retreats, and workshops. She is a graduate of Spelman College and Harvard Law School. Kimberly resides in her hometown Chicago and is currently reading The Imagination Manifesto by Ruha Benjamin. Ask her about it.
