Hayley is a third-year student at Brooklyn Law School. Originally from the Twin Cities, Minnesota, she received her B.A. in Political Science, History, and Social Activism from Concordia College in Moorhead in 2019. Before law school, she worked in state-level abortion advocacy in Minneapolis. At Brooklyn Law, Hayley has served as the Librarian for the Brooklyn Law and Political Economy Collective and as Co-Events Coordinator for If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. A first-generation law student, she is committed to public interest lawyering and plans to become a public defender in New York City after graduating in May 2026. Outside of school, Hayley can probably be found baking or attempting to knit the same sweater vest for the fourth time.
